Heritage Properties’ comprehensive approach to real estate allows for continued success attracting new tenants while meeting all the needs of our existing tenants through expansions and renewals. HPI uses a “total team” approach when it comes to our portfolio. From initial contact to final lease negotiations, from space planning to completion of the final “punch list” item, multiple disciplines within the company will always have a hand in the process. Once a tenant is in their new space and operating, the Property Management team becomes the primary contact and, unlike many in the industry, HPI employees from all areas are highly visible and accessible to our tenants.
