Vice President, Design and Construction
Jack joined Heritage Properties in 1987 to oversee and coordinate the
design and construction activities for our development projects. He has
been responsible for the construction of over a million square feet of
office, retail and industrial space.
A registered architect with over thirty five years
experience, Jack is active in all aspects of the development and management
processes here at Heritage. He provides expertise in areas from land planning
to site evaluation, from shell building design and construction to building
operations and management, from space planning to tenant fit-out and from
construction cost analysis to development budgeting.
Prior to joining Heritage, Jack had been in private
practice at several architectural firms and Chief Architect for HUD¹s
208 housing program at the engineering firm of Rummel, Klepper & Kahl.
Active in community and professional affairs, he is
a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, Leadership-Baltimore
County and the Towson Revitalization Partnership. Jack is active in area
scouting programs. He has been president of his community association
and is a member of the American Institute of Architects as well as the
Construction Specifications Institute.
A graduate from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, Jack
holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Maryland.
