Amy A. Verzi
Controller
Amy joined Heritage Properties in June, 2006, as Corporate Controller. She has over twenty three years of diversified financial experience in various industries, including wholesale distribution, construction, commercial real estate, manufacturing and public accounting.
Amy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Towson University in Towson, Maryland. She is a Maryland Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).
Amy volunteers her time on the Community Connections Team and Children’s Ministry Team at Grace Fellowship Church in Shrewsbury, PA.
