Project Manager
Ken joined Heritage Properties in 2007 as a Project Manager. Ken has a diverse background in both Project and Construction management. He spent 19 years working for the Westinghouse Electronic Systerms Division in Maryland, first as a Master Electrician and then as a Project Manager. During that time, Ken wired factory areas and built everything from private offices to B-52 bomber antenna firing ranges. Individual project values ranged as high as 20 million dollars. Ken received several recognition awards from WESD for the successful completion of several large projects.
After leaving Westinghouse, Ken joined USF&G Insurance Company for three years as Project & Construction Manager for the firms claim and legal offices. At USF&G, Ken was responsible for the entire construction process from space plan to move in. After his three years at USF&G, Ken moved over to Legg Mason, Inc. where he became the Project and Construction Manager for the firm. Ken was responsible for the entire firm's branch offices. During his time at Legg Mason, Ken was responsible for the build out of 42 new branch offices.
As Project Manager, Ken manages and oversees the construction of tenant fit-outs and new projects for Heritage.
Ken graduated from Dulaney High School and has a Bachelors of Science Degree from Towson State College. Activities Ken enjoys include fresh and salt water fishing and a love of the great outdoors.
