Vice President, Development
Peter joined Heritage Properties in 2006 as the Director of Development. In December of 2007, Peter was promoted to Vice President, Development and named an officer of Heritage Properties. Previously Peter served as a leasing and sales specialist for Colliers Pinkard where he successfully leased and sold over two million square feet of office and industrial space. Peter began his career as a project manager for a general contractor responsible for the development and construction of projects throughout Maryland and Washington, D.C.
As Vice President of Development, Peter manages and oversees the aquisitions and development of new projects for the Heritage portfolio.
Professional affiliations include National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, and the Johns Hopkins University Real Estate Forum.
Community service interests have Peter involved as a volunteer with Saint Ignatius Church in Baltimore, Maryland, Kennedy Krieger Institute and as a member of the board of trustees for The Gow School in South Wales, New York.
Peter holds a Bachelor's Degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio and a Master's of Science in Real Estate Institutional Investment Analysis from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
